We never stop! The Vilnius Tango Marathon is one of the oldest marathons in Europe, proudly running without a break. This year, we're excited to announce a small change: our new name is “El Gordo Tango Marathon”, Vilnius Winter Edition’24
The VenueWe are thrilled to welcome you back to the House of Polish Culture in Vilnius, surrounded by a variety of cafes and restaurants offering cuisines from around the world. The restaurants range from budget-friendly options to Michelin-starred venues, ensuring there are plenty of places for everyone to enjoy.

We use the mirada and cabeceo to find partners, leave the floor during cortinas after each tanda, and dance in harmony with the ronda to traditional tango music.

Number of guests: 300
Marathon pass: 130 euros (just over 2 euros per hour of dancing). This includes eight milongas from Thursday to Monday.
The Monday evening afterparty is not included in the marathon pass and is open to all dancers.
Complimentary water, tea, fruits, and cookies are provided during all milongas.
